How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

You can cancel, pause, or manage your subscription through our customer account portal:

Where is my order?

Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to view your tracking information.

Please allow a few business days after placing your order for tracking information to become available. Tracking updates may also take time to appear after your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.

I cannot access my subscription account. What should I do?

Make sure you are using the same email address that was entered when the subscription was created. You may also need to check your spam or junk folder for the login email.

If you still cannot access your account, contact our support team and include the name and email address associated with your subscription.

My tracking has not updated. Is my order lost?

Tracking can occasionally remain unchanged while a parcel is moving between shipping facilities or awaiting its next carrier scan. This does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost.

Please continue checking the tracking page. If there has been no movement for an unusually long period, contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can it be changed?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will try to update it before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
